Save America Movement PAC Emerges to Influence Elections for 2025 and 2026

Save America Movement PAC Launches

On November 18, 2025, the Save America Movement PAC was officially launched, aiming to participate in crucial electoral contests leading up to the elections of 2025 and 2026. The committee's primary goal is to support capable candidates who can restore a Congress capable of maintaining checks and balances that counter potential abuses of power from former President Trump. The initial focus of this new PAC is on the upcoming special election in Tennessee's 7th Congressional District, scheduled for December 2, 2025.

In this race, Democrat Aftyn Behn will be competing against Republican Matt Van Epps, with dynamic developments anticipated due to shifting voter sentiments in the district. According to Steve Schmidt, Co-Founder of Save America Movement PAC, the task of electing officials who can restore governmental checks is critically important, especially considering recent statistics reflecting a concerning trend: since 2020, more than two million registered Democratic voters have vanished, while Republicans have gained approximately 2.4 million. This dramatic shift indicates a swing of over 4.5 million voters across 30 states and Washington, D.C.

The 7th Congressional District in Tennessee encompasses a diverse landscape, stretching from the Kentucky border down to Alabama. It features a blend of suburban neighborhoods, rural populations, and regions that include parts of Nashville and the military base Fort Campbell. With a Cook Partisan Voting Index of R+10, the area historically leans heavily Republican. In the 2024 general election, the incumbent Republican, Mark Green, secured victory by more than 21 points. Moreover, the district has consistently favored Trump in previous elections, with margins ranging from 12 to 22 points, depending on various redistricting scenarios.

However, the political landscape has been altered by a recent vacancy following Green’s departure, along with changing public sentiments. An Impact Social poll featured in Newsweek revealed that Van Epps currently leads by eight points. Interestingly, an internal poll from Behn's campaign indicates a tie among the most motivated voters, showcasing a 49 to 49 split.

Mary Corcoran, another Co-Founder of the Save America Movement PAC, commented on the urgency of the situation. She emphasized that there is a pressing opportunity for voters to oppose a candidate who has openly expressed unwavering support for Trump’s policies and has pledged to collaborate closely with Speaker Mike Johnson to pursue the former president's agenda.

Interestingly, the Democratic Party has shown a lack of significant involvement in this tightly contested election. DNC Chair Ken Martin only visited the district after the closure of voter registration, while DCCC Chair Suzan DelBene has yet to set foot in the area at all. This lack of engagement presents an opportunity for the Save America Movement PAC to implement its multi-pronged strategy designed to elevate Aftyn Behn’s national visibility and capitalize on the ground tactics to stimulate voter turnout.

The Save America Movement PAC is described as a hybrid political action committee that is primarily focused on backing candidates who defend democratic norms, reinforce constitutional checks and balances, and challenge the grip of MAGA extremism in the political landscape. All expenditures and electoral activities are conducted independently from the PAC's nonprofit efforts, reinforcing its commitment to fostering electoral integrity and independence. As America approaches a crucial electoral period, the Save America Movement PAC is determined to play a pivotal role, rallying support to influence the future of Congress in a manner that aligns with foundational democratic principles.
