The company will open a new care home named 'Hanakotoba Nishigaoka' in Tokyo's Kita Ward, set to welcome residents in the fall of 2026. This facility will mark the 37th branch in the 'Hanakotoba' series, following the upcoming 'Hanakotoba Plus Fuchu' home scheduled to open in the summer of 2026. With this opening, the total number of operational rooms under their management will reach 2,225.

The new care home will be strategically located just a 6-minute walk from the Toei Mita Line's Honan-numa Station, providing easy access via National Route 17 (Nakasendo Road), which adds to the convenience for visitors.
