This one-night-only guest shift will spotlight two exceptional bartenders from Bible Club Osaka—Head Bartender Ryusuke Fujimoto and Bar Keeper Daiki Yamamoto.

Bible Club Osaka is a renowned speakeasy bar inspired by the legendary Bible Club PDX in Portland, USA. Known for its authentic atmosphere, this establishment uses antique bar tools, furniture, and lighting to recreate the charm of the Prohibition era. Since its inception, it has gained high praise both domestically and internationally for its commitment to delivering a genuine speakeasy experience.

During this special guest shift, Fujimoto and Yamamoto will blend the classic bar philosophies they've cultivated at Bible Club Osaka with the innovative spice mixology that The Grey Room is famous for. Profiles of the Guest Bartenders

Ryusuke Fujimoto

Born on February 26, 1992, in Osaka, Ryusuke started his career in bartending while studying at university. Before diving into the world of mixology, he was a child actor and later excelled in table tennis at a prestigious high school. After honing his skills in various bars across Osaka and Tokyo, he now serves as the Head Bartender at Bible Club Osaka. He is also set to launch the second location of the establishment, The Lore Foundry Lab, in December 2025, where he will take the lead as General Manager.

Daiki Yamamoto

Daiki, born on July 31, 1996, also hails from Osaka. His journey into bartending began after a successful career in competitive martial arts, from age three through his university years. Following graduation, he started working at a bar in Umeda and eventually joined Bible Club Osaka in April 2024 as a Bar Keeper, where he showcases his mixology talents.
