Ending Boring Corporate Training with Interactive Murder Mystery Workshops
The new training program, 'Ark of Sora', has taken traditional corporate training to the next level by incorporating an engaging murder mystery experience. Developed in collaboration between Experiful Inc. and Shuyu Co., this innovative training offers a fun and immersive approach to team building that aims to enhance participants' self-initiative and communication skills.
What is Murder Mystery?
Murder Mystery, often referred to as 'Madami', is an interactive game where players assume the roles of suspects in a fictional incident. The goal is to unravel the storyline and identify the true culprit within the immersive environment of the game, resembling being inside a thrilling detective novel. The popularity of this format has skyrocketed in its country of origin, China, boasting over 40,000 stores. In Japan, particularly among younger audiences, this genre has also found its place, contributing to a growing trend in team-building activities.
Experiful operates three murder mystery specialty stores named 'Detective Camp' in Tokyo and Yokohama. These stylish and spacious venues appeal to both novice and experienced players, allowing for affordable entertainment. The establishment's popularity has even caught the attention of various media, including television, radio, magazines, and YouTube channels, making it a top choice among mystery aficionados.
