Hyundai and Partners Impact Children's Health in Central Texas through Generous Donations

In an inspiring demonstration of corporate social responsibility, Hyundai Motor America has partnered with Hyundai Hope on Wheels and South Point Hyundai to make significant contributions to enhance children's health in Central Texas. On November 5, 2025, during a heartfelt event in Austin, these organizations announced a total donation of $40,000, split equally between the Central Texas Food Bank (CTFB) and Dell Children's Medical Center. This act of generosity reflects their commitment to supporting local health initiatives focused on children's needs.

Addressing Hunger and Health Needs

The first component of the donation involves a $20,000 contribution to the Central Texas Food Bank, an essential organization in the region dedicated to eradicating hunger. CTFB serves over 610,000 food-insecure individuals annually, working diligently to increase access to nutritious food for local families. Their programs include a variety of meal services for children, ensuring that they receive the nutrition necessary for growth and development.

Sari M. Vatske, the president and CEO of Central Texas Food Bank, expressed gratitude towards Hyundai for their impactful involvement. She emphasized that the resources provided by Hyundai help make healthy meals accessible to thousands of families in Central Texas, illustrating how crucial these partnerships are in making a difference in the community.
