### Yuji Yamamoto
A graduate of the University of Tokyo's Faculty of Medicine and Harvard Business School (MBA), Yamamoto has been involved in healthcare policy at the Cabinet Office and founded Minacare Inc. in 2011. His innovative approach of combining health and economic viability has influenced the landscape of healthcare management.

Course Offering: Medical Strategy: "What Does it Mean to Manage Healthcare?"
Participants will learn to design a comprehensive care cycle spanning prevention, chronic management, and end-of-life care, while engaging various stakeholders to maximize social value through strategic thinking.
### Yoshio Kakuta
Holding an MD and PhD from Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine, as well as an MBA from the University of Wales, Kakuta has served as a clinical physician and department head before becoming a professor at International University of Health and Welfare in 2023. His work includes authoring influential texts on medical management.

Kakuta will introduce globally recognized management theories to Japanese healthcare contexts while developing strategies to navigate the future landscape of hospital management. His lectures will also explore reforming physician work styles and addressing other real-world challenges.
