GoTo Foods Partners with Favor to Enhance Delivery Services in Texas

In an innovative move to enhance guest convenience, GoTo Foods® has announced a strategic partnership with Favor, an on-demand delivery service based in Texas. This collaboration, which brings together some of the most popular GoTo Foods brands—Auntie Anne’s, Cinnabon, Jamba, McAlister’s Deli, and Schlotzsky’s—is set to expand delivery access across over 550 locations throughout Texas, marking a significant milestone as one of the largest multi-brand restaurant launches on the Favor platform.

The new partnership aims to create a seamless delivery experience for guests, allowing them to access their favorite food and beverage brands effortlessly. Starting this summer, Texas consumers will be able to order from these beloved brands using the Favor app, which is known for its extensive regional reach and strong customer loyalty. GoTo Foods is focused on not only expanding access to its brands but also improving the overall economics for franchisees by leveraging Favor’s model, which promises more predictable and affordable delivery costs.

"Texas continues to be a key growth market for many of our brands," stated Mike Freeman, EVP and President of Brands at GoTo Foods. He emphasized that the partnership with Favor aligns with their belief that the future of delivery hinges on flexibility, regional relevance, and solid unit-level economics. By partnering with Favor, they aim to enhance all these aspects while meeting the diverse needs of consumers.

Favor operates in more than 400 cities across Texas, boasting a network of over 100,000 delivery drivers known as 'runners.' This vast operational infrastructure will enable GoTo Foods to quickly scale its delivery services and significantly increase brand visibility while enhancing customer access. Consumers can expect a more transparent and convenient delivery process, with the partnership reflecting GoTo Foods' commitment to meeting the needs of value-conscious customers.

The agreement not only focuses on improving customer satisfaction but also enhances franchisee profitability through a tailored delivery model. The new collaboration prioritizes lower commission structures, allowing franchisees more freedom in pricing while encouraging long-term customer engagement.

This partnership is part of GoTo Foods’ broader strategy to leverage technology and data to enhance overall operational flexibility, ultimately supporting long-term franchisee success. Their operational approach enables them to maintain a presence on various major third-party delivery platforms, fostering a platform-agnostic strategy that meets customer preferences and expands choices available to consumers.

Freeman further elaborated, "This alliance showcases our approach to growth and innovation, focusing on partnerships that improve customer experience and enhance franchisee economics while supporting sustainable growth across our beloved brands."

GoTo Foods, previously known as Focus Brands, has established itself as a leader in the global multi-channel foodservice sector, operating over 7,400 restaurants, cafes, and bakeries across all US states and 71 countries. With this partnership with Favor, GoTo Foods aims to continue enhancing its brand offerings and customer convenience while solidifying its market presence in Texas.

For consumers eager to indulge in their favorite treats and meals from GoTo Foods brands, the upcoming collaboration with Favor promises to make their dining experience more accessible, affordable, and enjoyable than ever before. Stay tuned as GoTo Foods continues to innovate and expand its delivery capabilities in the vibrant Texas market.
