The entrance fee is set at 500 yen, with free admission for elementary school students and a bonus clear file for attendees. Tickets can be purchased on the day of the event without any limit. Please note that there will be no live animal exhibitions or sales, and no pets are allowed inside the venue. Featured guests for this event include the charming Erupopi and the cute Furoshiki Finch.

Kyoto itself boasts numerous plum blossom viewing spots, including the famous Kitano Tenmangu, Jonan Shrine, and Toji Temple. Festival-goers can enjoy not only the avian festivities but also the stunning plum blossoms that adorn the parks.

Similar to the Kyoto event, the Mito Bird Festival charges an entrance fee of 500 yen, featuring the same benefits. There will also be no live animal displays, and pets are not permitted. This festival is graced by the delightful Kinka-chan and promises a full day of wonderful events.

Coinciding with this festival, the famous Mito Plum Blossom Festival will be ongoing, as Mito's Kairakuen is one of Japan's top three gardens, alongside Kanazawa's Kenrokuen and Okayama's Korakuen. The festival also includes a board game corner called "Asobouya," providing families with a fun space to enjoy.

Participants can look forward to Kinka-chan’s free-flying time – a delightful spectacle for festival-goers. Additionally, attendees at both festivals will receive a special clear file featuring charming illustrations of birds and plum blossoms designed by Hayakawa-san. Supplies are limited, and designs may vary once the initial stock runs out.
