On May 22, 2025, Dashi no Sankou, a well-regarded specialty store for dashi (Japanese soup stock), will open its second location in Kanagawa at Ebina Marui. Founded over sixty years ago in Kanazawa, the store prides itself on sourcing high-quality ingredients and crafting broth with a dedication to excellence. The new Ebina store aims to expand its reach beyond its origins in the Hokuriku region, welcoming food lovers to explore the essence of umami.
