Provident Industrial, a key division of the Dallas-based Provident, is gearing up to kick off construction on a substantial industrial project in Arlington, Texas, known as the A20 Logistics Center. This development is situated at 500 E. Bardin Rd in the heart of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, particularly in the Lower GSW submarket, a prime area known for its connectivity and accessibility.

The A20 site boasts a strategic location, positioned just 17 miles from downtown Fort Worth, 19 miles from DFW International Airport, and a mere 25 miles from downtown Dallas.
