Peachtree Immediate Care Expands with New Locations in Georgia and Alabama

Peachtree Immediate Care has significantly expanded its urgent care network with the opening of two new facilities in December 2024, one located in Valdosta, Georgia, and the other in Phenix City, Alabama. Phenix City Location

The new Peachtree Immediate Care center in Phenix City, situated at 3543 US Highway 280/431 Suite D, officially welcomed patients on December 16. This modern facility spans 3,825 square feet and includes eight fully-equipped exam rooms. It is strategically located within an 11.6-acre retail development that has plans to feature internationally recognized brands in sectors like dining, telecommunications, and automotive services.

Bill Miller, CEO and Co-Founder of CRH Healthcare (Peachtree’s parent company), expressed enthusiasm about the new location, stating, “We’re proud to bring our patient-focused urgent care services across the Chattahoochee River and into Phenix City.” Peachtree Immediate Care currently operates three clinics in the Columbus region, contributing positively to the health needs of both residents and visitors.

Initially, the Phenix City center will operate Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with plans to extend hours to 8 AM to 8 PM seven days a week starting January 6, 2025.

Valdosta West Location

Meanwhile, the Valdosta West center opened its doors on December 17 at 1708 Norman Drive. This free-standing facility occupies 3,600 square feet and features seven exam rooms, serving the community's growing demand for urgent care services.

Miller remarked on the significance of this location, stating, “Valdosta has been a great market for us with our first location, and this new center will offer a convenient, high-quality urgent care option for people on the west side of town.” The Valdosta West center maintains extended hours from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM on weekdays, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM on Saturdays, and 10 AM to 4 PM on Sundays.

Both newly opened clinics provide a range of urgent care services for non-life-threatening conditions, including but not limited to, injuries and illnesses, immunizations, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing. Patients can also take advantage of on-site prescriptions for select medications, allowing for timely treatment without unnecessary trips to pharmacies. For instance, medications like Tamiflu® are available to aid flu patients promptly at a manageable cost of only $10.

The staffing at Peachtree Immediate Care locations consists of board-certified physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners, supported by highly trained clinical personnel ensuring quality care. Patients have the option to make appointments online, check wait times, or simply walk in for treatment.

Peachtree Immediate Care is contracted with over 40 insurance providers and offers clear self-pay options for uninsured patients, reinforcing their commitment to accessible healthcare for everyone.
