About the Research Group

In the rapidly evolving sphere of education and corporate training, generative AI is becoming increasingly prevalent in various domains such as curriculum development, training operation, learning facilitation, and impact measurement. However, practitioners face numerous challenges regarding the effective incorporation of AI into established processes, ensuring quality, and managing copyright and information handling. This research group leverages the ADDIE model to develop a standard approach to utilizing AI throughout the educational design process, encompassing analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.

The collaborative research will unfold over five sessions, conducted in a mix of lectures and workshop formats aimed at members of the DLC and the general public, including educational institutions, corporate HR departments, training personnel, and educational content developers.
