The KEY-Energy Transition Expo 2025 took place from March 5th to 7th in Rimini, Italy. This prominent event served as a platform for REPT BATTERO to exhibit its cutting-edge energy storage technology. Operating at booth B5, number 151, the company showcased its Wending® series energy storage cells and Powtrix™ energy storage systems, demonstrating a commitment to contributing towards a sustainable energy transition in Europe.

In light of the global shift towards green energy, energy storage technology has emerged as a crucial element for integrating renewable energy sources. REPT BATTERO presented its latest offerings, including 72Ah and 100Ah energy storage cells for residential uses, as well as the robust Wending® 314Ah cells designed for commercial and industrial applications. Their lineup even featured higher capacity 564Ah cells, which illustrate comprehensive solutions for a variety of energy storage scenarios.

According to the China Energy Storage Alliance (CNESA) and InfoLink, REPT BATTERO ranked among the top five global suppliers of energy storage cells in 2024, while its residential battery deliveries held the second position worldwide. This remarkable market performance underscores the recognition and trust that REPT BATTERO enjoys among its partners, reflecting the company's meticulous control over technological innovation and product portfolio development.

As international demand for energy solutions grows, REPT BATTERO is continuously enhancing its Wending series products to meet complex market requirements. The firm unveiled its Powtrix™ 5.015MWh energy storage system at the expo, which operates with the specialized Wending® 314Ah cells and boasts a lifespan of up to 20 years. Furthermore, the system passed the UL9540A thermal propagation test successfully, ensuring high safety standards. Its design includes features for monitoring flammable gases, releasing pressure, and is constructed to be explosion-proof, adhering to NFPA68 and NFPA69 standards, delivering reliability and safety in high-risk environments.

The structural integrity of the Powtrix™ system meets stringent seismic requirements as per IEEE 693, enabling it to operate stably in challenging environments such as high temperatures, dusty conditions, and coastal areas with high salt content. These attributes provide customers with safer and more dependable energy storage solutions.

To cater to the rigorous demands of international clients, REPT BATTERO is committed to innovation and recently launched the Powtrix 6+ MWh energy storage system. This system achieves an installed capacity of 6.25 MWh on the DC side, with an efficiency exceeding 95% and a lifespan of 20 years. The system also boasts round-the-clock safety monitoring. When compared to traditional energy storage systems, its energy density has been improved by 20%, while the land usage has been reduced by 16.6%, resulting in a 15.7% savings in investment costs.
