He initially handled sales for new business ventures for about a year, focusing on business plan development and customer acquisition. He played pivotal roles in establishing the digital sales division and creating a dedicated global engineer team, contributing to the overall sales process, team organization, recruitment, and marketing tasks. His current mission since January 2025 is to foster career development pathways for engineers, including those from overseas.
