This summer, JOYSOUND, operated by EXING Co., Ltd., is heating up the karaoke scene with an exciting new event: a real-time scoring battle called the "Summer Scoring Event" at the X PARK. Commencing on July 24, 2025, this event integrates the latest karaoke technology to offer participants a thrilling competition experience across various karaoke rooms nationwide using the latest machine, the JOYSOUND X1.

X PARK aims to enhance karaoke's inherent value of connection, creating a new entertainment experience that bridges spaces and individuals. With a unique system that links karaoke rooms in real-time, it allows participants to engage with one another as if they were in the same physical space, providing a platform for karaoke enthusiasts to enjoy a shared experience regardless of distance.

The Competition

The core of the summer scoring event lies in merging the traditional karaoke scoring features with a twist: using the "Analysis Scoring AI+". Participants will engage in a friendly battle to see who can get their scores closest to predetermined target scores. The first phase of the event challenges participants to aim for the elusive score of 88.888 points, while the second phase encourages them to capture the score of 87.251 points inspired by the season's romantic vibe.

Contrary to the conventional idea that only high scores matter, this event introduces a layer of strategy, allowing even those less confident in their singing abilities to have a fair chance at winning.

How to Participate

Joining the event is simple and accessible to everyone! To partake, simply visit a karaoke store that offers the JOYSOUND X1 machine and follow these steps:
1. Visit a JOYSOUND X1 karaoke store.
2. Tap the "Summer Scoring Event" banner on the JOYPAD Kyokunavi.
3. Activate the Analysis Scoring AI+ and select a song to perform.
4. Submit your details if you rank in the TOP 10 at the end of the event.

Live rankings will be updated in real-time throughout the event. Those lucky enough to break into the top rankings will receive exciting prizes, including:

- 1st Place: 20,000 yen worth of a digital gift code of choice
- 2nd Place: 15,000 yen
- 3rd Place: 10,000 yen
- 4th to 10th Places: 3,000 yen each

Additionally, an extra chance will be available for participants! By answering a survey, 50 randomly selected individuals will also win a 1,000 yen digital gift code, regardless of whether they participated in the event.
