This change is aimed at providing better guidance to visitors, especially with the imminent opening of a new landmark in the area, the "Mitsui Shopping Park Lalaport Kawaguchi," set to open its doors on May 31, 2025.

The Lalaport Kawaguchi Building Information Center, as it will now be known, will continue to be Kokusai Kogyo Bus's exclusive location for several services. These include the sale of commuter passes, Kokusai Kogyo Bus merchandise, and a unique capsule toy vending machine featuring original acrylic keychains, of which four units will be available. The center also showcases historical photographs depicting the east side of Kawaguchi Station from 1976, offering a glimpse into the past for visitors.
