10pct. Corporation, based in Minato-ku, Tokyo, has officially begun operations at the historic Shoyoenso Ryokan, located in Yunohana Onsen, Kyoto, since September 11, 2025. The ryokan, originally established over 60 years ago, has long been cherished for its tranquil nature and heartfelt hospitality, attracting visitors from various generations.

According to CEO Tomoyuki Nakabori of 10pct.
