The NC Omenzaki Battery Plant boasts a rated output of 1,997 kW and a storage capacity of 8,128 kWh. Powered by advanced Huawei storage systems, the facility is designed to absorb and smooth fluctuations in renewable energy output. It will also serve as a regional energy hub capable of participating in various markets, including the Japan Electric Power Exchange (JEPX), demand adjustment, and capacity markets.
