SpayVac for Wildlife Inc., a pioneering biotechnology company in the arena of humane animal population control through immunocontraceptive vaccines, has made an impactful hire by appointing Tina Lloren, MPH, as its new Director of Operations. This strategic move, announced on November 20, 2025, comes at a time when the company is expanding its global footprint, aligning operational strategies to enhance vaccine production.

Tina Lloren arrives at SpayVac with a wealth of experience exceeding 15 years, focused predominantly on managing and directing large-scale health and nutrition programs across various regions, specifically Africa, Asia, and Latin America. There, she successfully oversaw multimillion-dollar USAID-funded initiatives like Advancing Nutrition and ELEVATE Nutrition, demonstrating an ability to navigate complex operational landscapes while effectively supporting teams across over a dozen countries.

At SpayVac, Lloren's primary focus will be to strategically align operational priorities with programmatic execution. As the company scales its production and rollout of long-acting contraceptive vaccines for wildlife, livestock, aquaculture, and companion animals, her comprehensive skill set will be crucial in driving successful outcomes.

Tom D'Orazio, CEO of SpayVac for Wildlife Inc., expressed his enthusiasm over Lloren's appointment, emphasizing her extensive experience in managing substantial programs globally as a significant asset to the company. He remarked, "We are in the process of submitting product filings for our pZP vaccine in various countries, alongside initiating trials aimed at diversifying our product offerings across multiple species. Having an expert with a proven track record in handling complex global projects is paramount for us during this exciting phase."

Additionally, Jeff Rusinow, Chairman of the Board, underscored the importance of Lloren's addition to SpayVac, saying, "As the company is poised at a critical juncture with growth opportunities and the launch of new products, it is essential to attract talent capable of executing our ambitious plans. We believe that Tina is the right fit to propel our operational strategies as we continue to expand."
