Jill Boudreau Joins Water Systems Council Board of Directors

On June 26, 2025, the Water Systems Council (WSC), a dedicated nonprofit organization focused on household wells and small water systems, announced the appointment of Jill Boudreau, the Director of Inside Sales at Xylem, to its Board of Directors. With a rich career spanning over 35 years in the pump industry, her extensive expertise will greatly contribute to the WSC's mission of advocating for safe drinking water.

Jill Boudreau's career at Xylem has been marked by a diverse range of roles, which include product management, engineering applications, and customer relations. This varied experience equips her with a comprehensive understanding of both residential and industrial markets, positioning her well within the board. As the Director of Inside Sales, she has effectively bridged the gap between customers and the solutions provided by Xylem, ensuring that the company meets the evolving needs of its clientele.

Educated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo, Jill is not only experienced in business management but is also certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt. Her commitment to the water systems community has been long-standing; she has been the Statistical Chair for the Water Systems Council for several years and an active member in organizations such as the Submersible Wastewater Pump Association (SWPA) and the Sump and Sewage Pump Manufacturers Association (SSPMA).
