He most recently served as President of TELUS Digital Agriculture & Consumer Goods, where he spearheaded a global division that integrated cloud computing, AI, and machine learning into agricultural practices, resulting in substantial revenue growth and business expansion into 50 nations. Prior to that, Raines was the Chief Commercial Officer at The Climate Corporation, playing a crucial role in the development and marketing of Climate FieldView, a leading digital farming platform. His extensive career also includes significant leadership positions at Monsanto.

In addition to his roles at Sabanto, Raines actively participates on the Board of Directors for FMC Corporation and Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners, chairing the Audit Committee for the latter. He is also a director at TPNB Bank and oversees Paris Bancshares as Chairman, and holds a gubernatorial appointment on the University of Missouri Board of Curators. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Systems Management from the University of Missouri.
