Vensure Employer Solutions Welcomes Jennifer S. Robinson as New EVP of Property and Casualty
Vensure Employer Solutions, a prominent provider of HR and HCM technology, recently announced the appointment of Jennifer S. Robinson as the Executive Vice President of Property and Casualty. This strategic hiring is aimed at bolstering the company’s risk management strategies and insurance services.
With over 30 years of experience in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and insurance sectors, Robinson is well-equipped to lead Vensure's expansion in property and casualty services. Her extensive expertise includes areas such as workers' compensation, liability coverage, cybersecurity, and specialized insurance programs. Robinson's proven history of developing strategic risk transfer solutions places her in a position to strengthen the company's client relationships and drive sustainable growth.
Alex Campos, CEO of Vensure Employer Solutions, expressed great confidence in Robinson's capabilities, stating, "Jennifer is an industry pioneer and one of the most respected leaders in the insurance community. As we continue to expand Vensure's capabilities, her leadership will be instrumental in advancing our insurance strategy and fostering key partnerships."
Before joining Vensure, Jennifer Robinson served as Area President of Gallagher's PEO Staffing Practice Group. Her prior experience includes a significant tenure of 24 years at Risk Transfer Insurance Agency, where she advanced to the role of President, working to position the firm as a leader in specialized insurance and risk management solutions tailored for the PEO and staffing industries. Risk Transfer's acquisition by Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. in 2022 further enhanced its influence in the broader property and casualty market.
Robinson's journey in the PEO field began in 1991, covering various aspects of the insurance industry, from wholesale to retail and program management. This diverse experience has afforded her a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in managing risks while supporting long-term business aspirations.
In addition to her career accomplishments, Robinson has made significant contributions to the industry by serving on the board of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) and participating in initiatives focused on addressing emerging risks such as cybersecurity.
Robinson expressed her excitement about joining Vensure, noting, "What excites me most about joining Vensure is the opportunity to build on an already strong foundation and help shape the future of its insurance platform. Vensure's commitment to innovation, exceptional leadership team, and extensive portfolio of solutions create tremendous opportunities to enhance service delivery and add value for our clients."
