Brent Best comes to Catalyx with over 25 years of extensive leadership experience across global technical and multi-site manufacturing industries. His most recent role was as Vice President and General Manager at Brooks Instrument, where he was responsible for a global business unit, overseeing profit and loss while driving market share growth, operational improvements, and capacity expansion across multiple regions.
Prior to joining Brooks, Best held several key positions at Illinois Tool Works, including that of General Business Unit Manager at Rippey. There, he successfully led initiatives that ensured substantial revenue growth and improved profit margins, securing a dominant market position in the semiconductor sector.
