Tokyo Denki University Open Campus 2025
Tokyo Denki University, under the leadership of President Tadahiko Ibanamoto, invites prospective students to its annual Open Campus event scheduled between June and August 2025. This event will take place at both the Tokyo Senju Campus and the Saitama Hatoyama Campus, welcoming not just prospective students, but high school students from all grades.

Common Sessions for Both Campuses
- - Overview Guidance: Get an introduction to the university and its campuses.
- - Departmental Briefings: Learn about various disciplines and academic tracks.
- - Entrance Exam Guidance: Understand selection methods and preparation tips for entrance examinations.
- - Student Cafeteria Operations: Experience the student cafeteria, giving a taste of student life.
- - Campus Tours: Guided by current students, attendees can see facilities, labs, and more.
- - Clubs and Societies Exhibitions: Discover university clubs and view displays from hands-on clubs.
- - Research Lab Showcases: Tours will include research labs, providing insight into potential research areas.
- - Workshops: Participate in hands-on workshops related to various academic disciplines.

Exclusive to Tokyo Senju Campus

Exclusive to Saitama Hatoyama Campus
- - Hands-on Learning Programs: Experience the practical aspects of different academic tracks, which will be factored into selections for the Faculty of Science and Engineering’s AO entrance exams.
Special Note on the Hands-on Program
At Saitama Hatoyama Campus, participants can engage in experimental and practical exercises tailored to their academic tracks. This component will be evaluated in the AO entrance exam, making it a valuable opportunity to experience the 'manufacturing spirit' of Dendai.
Talk with Current Students
Both campuses will feature a dedicated "Talk to Dendai Students" section, where prospective students can have intimate consultations about studies and student life. At the Tokyo Senju Campus, discussions will also include students from the evening program and the 'Dendai Girls' group, which aims to enhance the university experience for female students through various initiatives.

- - Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Timed entry every 30 minutes; no stay limit)
- - Departments: Faculty of System Design Engineering, Faculty of Future Sciences, Faculty of Engineering, Evening Program
- - Location: 5 Asahimachi, Adachi-ku, Tokyo
- - Format: Pre-registration required
- - Registration Periods:
- June 8th: Prospective students from May 14 to event day; Current high school students (1 and 2 years) from May 21 to event day.
- August 2 & 3: Similar registration guidelines apply.
Saitama Hatoyama Campus
- - Dates: June 15 (Sun), July 13 (Sun), August 2 (Sat) & 3 (Sun)
- - Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Open registration throughout)
- - Departments: Faculty of Science and Engineering
- - Location: Ishizaka, Hatooyama-cho, Saitama
- - Format: Pre-registration required
- - Registration Periods:
- June 15: From May 14 to event day.
- July 13 & August 2 & 3 follow similar guidelines.
