Located in Shibuya, Tokyo, the hotel is known for its culinary excellence and breathtaking views from the 20th-floor dining area. This year's iteration of the W Fruit series promises not only a taste of summer but also an exquisite presentation. The shaved ice is crafted from high-purity ice using deep natural water sourced from 250 meters underground, which is frozen using traditional methods over a 48-hour period, creating a clear and beautiful texture.

The W Fruit Shaved Ice is layered with a homemade melon syrup over fluffy, pure ice, garnished with juicy slices of yellow and green melons, alongside elegant cherries.
