GigaStar Launches Innovative Trading Ecosystem for Creators and Investors at NASDAQ Bell Ceremony

GigaStar Launches Its Trading Ecosystem for Creators

GigaStar, an innovative startup focusing on uniting creators and investors, has officially launched GigaStar Securities LLC, operating under the branding GigaStar Trading. This new platform represents a significant advancement in the investment landscape for the Creator Economy, offering a marketplace where securitized creator revenues can be traded. On August 31, 2026, the GigaStar team celebrated this landmark event by ringing the opening bell at NASDAQ in New York City, which was a celebration of their achievement in winning the 2025 Chicago Innovation Award.

The introduction of GigaStar Trading not only marks a new phase for the company but also provides investors with enhanced opportunities to either buy or sell digital securities representing a stake in potential revenues from creators, particularly starting with YouTube earnings. Previously, investments were confined to the GigaStar Market platform, which operated as an SEC-registered crowdfunding initiative where securities were only available through Regulation CF offerings. Now, with GigaStar Trading, this dual-platform ecosystem allows for a robust secondary market where these creator securities can be actively traded.

David Hunt, CEO of GigaStar Securities, emphasized the platform's potential, stating, “We are fueling an asset class that empowers individuals and institutions to participate in the growth of Creators.” With this launch, GigaStar aims to democratize access to the Creator Economy by creating an evolving ecosystem for both investing and trading.

GigaStar Trading has been granted necessary registrations from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), allowing it to function as a Broker-Dealer and Alternative Trading System (ATS) for digital asset securities. It now stands out as one of the few fully SEC-registered digital asset security ATSs in the United States, with licensing to operate in all fifty states. GigaStar Trading is designed specifically for the Creator Economy, making it a unique offering in the market.

Since its inception, GigaStar Market has successfully onboarded over 30,000 investor accounts, distributing more than $1.5 million in monthly revenue from YouTube back to these investors. Since launching GigaStar Trading at the end of July, the platform has already registered over 1,000 accounts, achieving a trading volume exceeding $100,000.

About GigaStar: GigaStar is committed to enhancing human creativity by facilitating collaboration between creators and investors. The company's platform offers creators an intuitive way to secure funding from a diverse pool of investors who can benefit from the potential future revenues generated by their channels, especially on YouTube.

It's essential to note that investment in these assets carries risk, including the potential for total loss. Previous results do not assure future profits. Additionally, any securities acquired on the GigaStar Market must be retained for a minimum of 12 months before they become eligible for trading in the secondary market. While GigaStar Trading brings new opportunities, potential investors should remain conscious of the inherent risks involved in digital asset securities.
