Here, guests can savor the elegant Shiro Momo Puramu shaved ice, which is generously infused with peaches sourced from the Hachihiki Farm in Wakayama. This delightful treat hides a creamy sorbet made from poached white wine peaches and fully ripened plums.

For beverage lovers, Confiture Ash will also offer refreshing smoothies, such as the Shiro Momo Bergamot at just ¥860. Meanwhile, the bakery Mariage du Farine serves up 生ドーナツ (raw donuts) featuring a chilly cream filling that recreates the experience of ice cream, priced at ¥270 each.

Not to be outdone, Chef Masayuki Okuda brings innovative Italian flair to the table at Salla Bianchi Al Kecchiano and Il Kechiano Miele. Sample the exquisite Summer Truffle Carbonara, a rich dish that celebrates the lush flavors of summer truffles, available for ¥2500, or as a delightful addition to a multi-course meal for an extra ¥1500. Enhancing your dining experience is the Corn Purée, a standout item served as part of the course set!

For a unique twist, Kasa-an offers a refreshing take on traditional Japanese dishes with its Cold Udon in Tomato Broth at ¥1400, alongside their Yamagata Dashi Cold Soba, also priced at ¥1400. Topping off the menu are summer drinks like the Amanatsu Cider for ¥380 and the Strawberry Shaved Ice at the Onsen Cafe for ¥770.

Aqua Ignis not only provides sumptuous dining options but also invites you to unwind in its pristine hot spring. The Kataoka Onsen remains accessible from 6 AM to 12 AM, a rare gem featuring a 100% natural hot spring that is free from added water or heating. Visitors can enjoy the soothing baths in an environment that is beautifully complemented by surrounding bamboo groves.
