Event Details

The free access to the Horizon Onsen, which is typically reserved for hotel guests, will be available for two days:

• - Date: December 9 (Tuesday) & December 10 (Wednesday) 2023
• - Operating Hours: 14:00 – 20:45 (last entry at 20:00)
• - Session Times: Guests can register for one of several 45-minute slots throughout the day, with best practices including a brief cleaning between sessions to ensure a refreshing experience for all visitors.

Usage Information

• - Cost: Onsen use is free of charge!
• - Towel Rental: Bath towels are available for ￥300 and face towels for ￥100. Bring your own towels is also permitted.
• - Eligibility: The offer is exclusively for residents of Hayama and Zushi, and reservations must be made in advance.
• - ID Verification: To ensure the validity of the reservation, guests will need to present identification on the day of the event.

Reservation Process

Reservations can be made via telephone at 046-854-7411. Please note that email reservations are not available. The hotel is implementing strict caps on the number of guests allowed per time slot to maintain a comfortable experience for everyone. Thus, once the capacity is reached, reservations will close.

Happy Hour at SANDBAR

Alongside the serene onsen experience, guests can also enjoy a 'Happy Hour' at SANDBAR located on the first floor:

• - Pricing: Drinks available for just ¥500, including draft beers!

About Horizon Onsen

The Horizon Onsen presents a breathtaking panorama overlooking the ocean and Mount Fuji. The sunsets viewed from the onsen are particularly spectacular, as the sun gradually dips below the horizon, casting brilliant shades of red across the sky.

The onsen's spacious main bath, Enoshima, accommodates up to 8 guests, while the smaller bath, Morito, allows for 5 guests, with mixed bathing permitted for children up to 6 years of age.
