All Flexlets support advanced packaging methods like 2.5D/3D, including CoWoS, SoW-X, EMIB, and 3D stacking, utilizing the latest process nodes (5 nm, 3 nm, and 2 nm). They adhere to industry standards such as UCIe, UALink, PCIe Gen7, and Ultra Ethernet, ensuring robust interoperability across diverse, multi-vendor environments.
