Nagomi Therapy Clinic Moves to Shibuya, Expanding Services Across Tokyo

Nagomi Therapy Clinic Relocation and Expansion

On July 1, 2025, LDT Corporation will relocate its Nagomi Therapy Clinic to Shibuya, Tokyo. This move aims to enhance the clinic's accessibility and improve its service offerings across the city. Previously situated in Setagaya, the clinic will now be located at 2-3-5 Shibuya, on the third floor of COERU Shibuya. This strategic location harnesses Shibuya’s robust transportation network, allowing the clinic to cover all 23 wards of Tokyo and parts of Yokohama in its home-visit massage services.

Currently, the Nagomi Therapy Clinic employs around 50 nationally certified massage therapists who are trained in anma (Japanese massage) and shiatsu. With the clinic's relocation, patients can benefit from home-visit services covered by health insurance, provided they have a consent form from their primary physician. The patient’s out-of-pocket expenses typically range from 10% to 30% depending on their insurance plan.

This expansion aims to help the estimated 330,000 potential users in need of care, as identified in public statistics from April 2025. The clinic encourages residents in need of massage therapy to reach out, especially as the accessible area for home visits increases significantly.

Integration of Services

In addition to the clinic's move, LDT Corporation will also consolidate its headquarters and the Care Home Information Center into the same location in Shibuya. This amalgamation is expected to promote synergy among the different departments - including human resources and management functions - thus accelerating information sharing and enhancing service delivery.

Promotion for Care Home Information Center

The Care Home Information Center will also see relocation, with a focus on providing comprehensive support in finding suitable homes for seniors. The new office will be conveniently located within walking distance from Shibuya Station. From July 1, 2025, the center will launch a limited-time campaign for the first 20 clients who schedule a visit, offering gift vouchers worth up to 3,000 yen for those who attend their consultation.

The center prides itself on its experience, having helped over 50,000 clients in 20 years by providing analytical reports, tour accompaniment, and cost comparisons, ensuring families can make informed decisions without facing consultation fees.

Director Insights

Fumitoshi Sayama, the business leader of Nagomi Therapy, shares his optimism about the relocation, stating, "By moving to Shibuya, we are making our services more accessible. Our aim is to create a user-friendly environment for those seeking health insurance-covered massage therapy. We are committed to helping those suffering from physical discomfort explore massage as a viable option." He emphasizes the importance of obtaining a physician's consent for insurance use.

Meanwhile, Ryumi Yagihashi, the director of the Care Home Information Center, expresses confidence in the team’s ability to assist people seeking long-term care solutions, from finding appropriate home options to managing complex health and legal requirements as elderly individuals navigate their later years.
