Experience the Epic World of Ultraman: A VR Journey for the 60th Anniversary

In celebration of the 60th anniversary of the beloved Ultraman series, ABAL Inc. has partnered with Tsuburaya Productions to create a spectacular VR experience titled Light Country Museum Ultraman XR Journey. This immersive attraction is set to transport fans into the heart of Ultraman’s universe through thrilling exhibitions featuring gigantic monsters and exhilarating battle scenes.

Set to debut in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture, as part of the collaborative project called Hope Echoes! Light Journey in Toyohashi, this event will run from February 28 to April 26, 2026. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to step into the world of Ultraman and experience the excitement through VR technology.

The Alluring Features of Light Country Museum Ultraman XR Journey

One of the standout aspects of this VR museum is the ability to capture photos during the experience, allowing participants to create memorable keepsakes. Visitors will choose avatars dressed in Ultraman's squad uniforms and explore four distinct zones that immerse them in different facets of the Ultraman lore. The Four Experience Zones

1. Journey to Light Country
Participants will get to meet Ultraman in person as he takes them on a remarkable journey to his home. They will feel the enormity of Ultraman as they ride in his giant hand to the magical Light Country!

2. Monster Exhibition Room
Explore a room filled with enormous Ultraman foes, where iconic monsters like Baltan, Gomora, and King Joe can be observed in a thrilling 360-degree VR experience. It's an unmatched chance to witness these legendary creatures up close.

3. Exhibit of Past Ultraman Heroes
Wander through the history of the Ultraman series with exhibits showcasing beloved heroes from its 60-year legacy. Fans can take photos with their favorite characters, and all captured images can be directly downloaded to their smartphones or shared on social media platforms.

4. Battle Scenes
Engage with the excitement of massive battles, featuring epic confrontations like Ultraman vs. Zetton and Ultraman Zero vs. Ultraman Belial. This zone promises an intense experience befitting the climax of the Ultraman story.

The Captivating Story

The museum that records the history of Ultraman’s home, Light Country, is now open for Earthlings. It features a grand archive celebrating six decades of heroic battles, and as a special treat, Ultraman will personally guide guests on their journey. The exhibit is loaded with the history of heroes from Ultraman to Ultraman Omega, showcasing massive monsters and providing participants with thrilling battle experiences where they can freely take photos and create unforgettable memories.
