From December 12 until December 25, 2025, Happo-en, a renowned comprehensive production company based in Minato, Tokyo, will host the 'Nagai City Fair' at two of its celebrated restaurants. This event aims to showcase the vibrant flavors and culinary delights of Nagai City, located in the southern part of Yamagata Prefecture, using its locally sourced ingredients.

The 'Nagai City Fair' will take place at Happo-en's 'ALL DAY DINING FUDO' on the third floor of the main building and 'Kappou BUTAI' located on the 29th floor of the Newman Takanawa Airport City. Guests will relish specially crafted dishes that highlight the local produce of Nagai City, an area celebrated for its crystal-clear waters, lush greenery, and breathtaking scenery.

A Celebration of Nagai City’s Culinary Heritage

Nagai City is particularly well-known for its rich natural environment, which provides an abundance of fresh and delicious ingredients throughout the year. In July 2022, Nagai City and Happo-en forged a partnership to enhance regional revitalization through a series of planned events aimed at promoting local attractions.

During this two-week event, visitors can indulge in a unique dining experience rich in flavors and textures that reflect Nagai City's agricultural bounty.
