Furthermore, she previously managed a title office in North Carolina with over 20 employees, where her leadership improved workflow efficiency by more than 25 percent while adeptly handling around 200 complex real estate title issues each year.

Earlier in her career, Natasha spent an additional four years as the state claims manager in North Carolina, along with two years as a commercial title counsel. In these roles, she represented a national underwriter, engaging in large and complex commercial transactions. Her leadership roles extend to serving as secretary for the North Carolina Land Title Association’s Executive Committee and being an active member of the North Carolina Bar Association's Real Property Section Council, showcasing her commitment to advancing the industry.
