Join the Frescobol Experience and Community Clean-Up

The Hiroshima Frescobol Club, a recognized local club by the Japan Frescobol Association (JFBA), will host a free Frescobol experience and community clean-up event in Etajima City on June 20, Saturday, from 10 AM to 12 PM at Nagase Beach. This initiative is part of the JFBA’s efforts to promote Frescobol, a unique beach sport that originated in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1945.

Frescobol is not just a sport; it's a lifestyle that encourages communication and community engagement. The sport is played as a collaboration between two players who rally back and forth, enhancing teamwork and camaraderie. With its easy accessibility, Frescobol can be enjoyed anywhere, anytime, and by anyone, making it an ideal choice for beachgoers who are looking for a fun activity.

This upcoming event follows a previous successful experience session held on March 7, where participants enjoyed the sport while also engaging in a beach clean-up.
