C&R Corporation's New Training Program

Starting from August 4, 2026, C&R Corporation will begin recruiting students for its groundbreaking program, Beginner's Web Marketing and DX Skill Training Course B-10. This course will provide essential web marketing and digital transformation (DX) skills to those looking to elevate their careers in the tech sector.

This training is officially recognized by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, set to commence on September 18, 2026, and will run for a period of four months. The recruitment process will be open from August 4, 2026, to August 19, 2026. The course is designed to help individuals master the fundamentals of web marketing and related DX skills in a short time frame.

Participants will get the opportunity to add strategic, practical skills to their existing competencies, particularly those who wish to transition careers or enhance their current skill set with modern web marketing strategies, artificial intelligence applications, and other vital skills. Through a comprehensive curriculum that encompasses front-end and back-end learning, even those with no prior experience in the IT field can gain a clear understanding of the web industry's landscape and develop into capable IT professionals ready to tackle immediate challenges in the workplace.

Three individual sessions with certified career consultants will be available, focusing on resume writing, interview preparation, and more. All resources stem from C&R Corporation’s vast experience in the industry.

During the four months of training, participants will only need to attend in-person sessions 12 times, while engaging in various online classes via Zoom. The online curriculum will include numerous role-playing scenarios and practical exercises to ensure that students acquire applicable skills. Furthermore, even after completing the program, participants will continue to have access to job-seeking resources and consultancy to support their ongoing career advancement.

Comprehensive Skill Acquisition

This course covers a broad range of topics, from basic web marketing principles to advanced practical skills. Students will learn how to create ads using Canva, a widely-used design tool, along with crucial knowledge about copyright issues that can impact business. By solidifying a fundamental understanding of DX and covering the scope of the IT passport examination, students will acquire essential knowledge in technology, strategy, and management, empowering them to excel in various areas such as data analysis, security, and project management.
