LITEON Technology, a leader in innovative technology solutions, once again takes center stage at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025, held in Barcelona, Spain, marking its third consecutive year at this significant event. With the theme "One Partner. All Solutions," LITEON is collaborating with eight prominent industry partners to present groundbreaking technologies in energy-efficient 5G solutions, artificial intelligence (AI), and smart surveillance.

During this year’s congress, LITEON plans to unveil a diverse array of collaborations within the 5G ecosystem. Notably, the company will highlight its contributions to the O-RAN 5G sector with several key initiatives:

1. Collaboration with Vodafone: LITEON will demonstrate a state-of-the-art high-speed O-RAN solution that utilizes AI for intelligent livestock monitoring—showcasing the practical applications of AI in enhancing agricultural efficiency.

2. SRS Partnership: The demonstration will further include the portable and scalable srsRAN solution from Software Radio Systems, a step forward in integrating portable technology for enhanced network capabilities.

3. Advanced Cloud Solutions: The introduction of BubbleRAN, a cloud-based intelligent control solution for 5G, stands to revolutionize how cloud and edge computing integrate with network operations.

4. Turnkey O-RAN Solutions: Collaborating with Aespula, Flectory, and Lanner to offer comprehensive turnkey O-RAN solutions that cater to various market needs.

5. Efficiency Demonstrations with Keysight Technologies: LITEON will also present energy-efficient O-RAN 5G products certified by ETSI and recognized for meeting stringent O-RAN Security standards.

In addition to its O-RAN advancements, LITEON is also introducing a groundbreaking suite of private 5G base station solutions, under the banner Simplify MPN, developed alongside various recognized companies:

  • - NTT EAST Collaboration: They will showcase an all-in-one 5G platform featuring small cell technology integrated with a smart RAN Controller (RIC) that significantly reduces energy consumption by approximately 65%, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability.
  • - Remote Automation with CampusGenius: This showcase will enhance logistics efficiency through remote automation facilitated by 5G technology.
  • - Tripartite Initiative with Yonsei University and Yberg: Aiming to harness the high-speed, low-latency capabilities of 5G in smart factory applications, particularly enhancing robotic arms and AI applications, epitomizing the ambitions of Industry 4.0.

An exciting first for this MWC, LITEON is also set to debut its Smart Life AIoT solutions. These cutting-edge technologies encompass facial recognition powered by AI, intelligent access control systems, and the AI Vision smart surveillance system designed for real-time detection feedback—illustrating LITEON's expansion into the growing smart home and urban safety sector.
