The €500 scholarship from the founder's award goes to Fotini Michalidi, an artist and curator based in Cyprus. Her multifaceted practice explores embodiment, memory, and identity through various forms, including painting and installations. As a member of the board of the Cyprus Myopathy Association, she draws upon her lived experience to advocate for greater visibility for disabled artists.

Another accolade of €300 was awarded to Alexis Neumann, an American artist and curator whose interactive installations merge Disability Studies, theology, and intersectionality. Alexis's work is informed by her experiences with invisible disabilities, leading her to examine complex themes of connection and resilience in her artistic practice.
