A notable aspect of her career includes working with international law firms such as Dechert LLP in London and Chadbourne Parke LLP in New York, showcasing her extensive background in both legal practice and corporate governance.

In 2025, Aste received recognition as the Great British Businesswoman of the Year in Travel Logistics, highlighting her impactful contributions to the industry.
