The Tokyo Metropolitan Government, along with the Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau, is excited to announce the second session of the "Strengthening Tourism Management Skills Seminar & Business Networking Event." Seminar Highlights


The theme for this edition is "Innovative Solutions for Labor Shortages: Utilizing Generative AI for Tourism Operators." The seminar will feature a keynote presentation focusing on real-world practices, showcasing how AI and data utilization can be effectively integrated into operations at accommodations, tourist attractions, and dining establishments.

Featured Speaker:
Haruki Odajima, President of Ebiiya Co., Ltd. and CEO of EBILAB.
He will share insights and proven methods derived from successful management reform at the renowned Ebiiya restaurant, demonstrating how organizations can leverage AI to enhance productivity and service quality.

1. Tokyo Tourism Industry One-Stop Support Center Presentation: This session will provide a clear explanation of the support available for tourism operators.
