CheerSPOT Launches in Hong Kong: A New Era for Fan Support

CheerSPOT Officially Launches in Hong Kong

On May 18, CheerSPOT, a digital fan support platform that originated in Japan, officially kicked off its operations in Hong Kong. The platform is part of a broader initiative by INFORICH, a company headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, which is also known for its mobile charging rental service, CHARGESPOT™. Following its successful launches in Taiwan and Thailand, this new step represents a critical phase in CheerSPOT’s global strategy.

Global Strategy: Breaking Down Barriers in Fan Engagement

CheerSPOT aims to create the world’s largest fan support platform, connecting fans and artists across borders. The launch in Hong Kong is significant as it follows the introduction of the service in Taiwan and Thailand. By leveraging the extensive CHARGESPOT network that spans across the globe, CheerSPOT is determined to promote a seamless culture of support that transcends geographical limitations.

Debut in Hong Kong: Exclusive Collaboration with KKBOX

For its initial venture in Hong Kong, CheerSPOT has partnered with KKBOX, a prominent music streaming service. From May 10 to May 31, the platform will provide exclusive KKBOX content throughout Hong Kong, turning the city into a vibrant hub of music support. This initiative allows users to broadcast KKBOX's promotional materials for free in various locations, providing a unique experience where fans can promote their favorite music in the streets of Hong Kong.

Future Developments: Bringing Asian IP to Hong Kong

Starting June 1, CheerSPOT plans to introduce a feature called “My Design,” which will enable users in Hong Kong to create custom advertising materials in support of popular artists from Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand. The integration of Asian intellectual properties is set to enhance the cross-cultural experience for fans in the region. Furthermore, CheerSPOT will also provide promotions, including coupons worth 600 Hong Kong dollars to engage users in the new platform.

Understanding CheerSPOT: A Major Player in Fan Support

CheerSPOT aims to connect fans with artists, fostering a culture where everyone can easily show their support for their favorites. The platform offers an innovative system allowing individual users to purchase advertising space on CHARGESPOT’s signage for small amounts. This user-friendly approach is complemented by a vast network of over 1,000 CHARGESPOT signage locations across Hong Kong. The combination of official content and the “My Design” feature will give fans a lively way to express their creativity while supporting global artists.

CHARGESPOT Services: Empowering Users with Convenience

CHARGESPOT is Japan's leading mobile battery-sharing service, with a rental system that is as easy as scanning a QR code at one of the many battery stands available. As of March 2026, approximately 60,000 units are installed across Japan’s 47 prefectures, with plans for expansion into regions including Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Thailand, Singapore, Macau, Australia, and Italy.
