Japan Home Shield Initiates Collaboration with Andpad
Japan Home Shield Co., Ltd. (JHS), a leader in ground investigation for residential houses in Japan, has announced a new partnership with Andpad, a company operating a cloud-based construction project management service. This collaboration aims to enhance productivity in the housing industry by streamlining the efficiency of ground investigation processes.
Background
For companies providing newly constructed homes, ensuring the safety of these residences through necessary ground investigations and related guarantee services involves navigating a myriad of inefficiencies. Problems such as duplicate data entry, FAX applications, and complicated scheduling have long plagued this sector. Eliminating these inefficiencies is crucial not only for daily operations but also for advancing digital transformation (DX) within the construction industry.
Purpose of the Collaboration
To address these issues, the two companies will integrate JHS’s online service with Andpad's cloud-based project management system. By enabling the smooth transfer of project information, this collaboration aims to reduce the need for redundant data input and eliminate wasteful practices in field operations, ultimately leading to improved productivity.
Details of the Collaboration
The JHS Online Service allows businesses utilizing JHS's ground investigation to manage application processes for ground quality warranties through the internet. The recent integration will facilitate automatic project information sharing between “JHS Online Service” and “Andpad.” This means that information traditionally entered manually into both systems can now be shared seamlessly, significantly reducing effort and minimizing registration errors, and enabling faster applications for ground investigations.
Additionally, any documents issued through the JHS Online Service, such as investigation reports or summaries, will be automatically saved within the relevant project on Andpad. This functionality allows stakeholders to verify inspection results and share real-time information effortlessly through the Andpad platform.
Starting today, this integration is available for all users of JHS Online Service and Andpad, providing immediate benefits to participating companies.
Online Seminar Announcement
To elaborate on the new system integration, an online seminar will be held. This seminar will provide insights into how the data collaboration between JHS Online Service and Andpad facilitates centralized management of information.
