A Message from Community Associate Jun Ito

Welcome to Japan! We aspire for this Asakusa to Kappabashi tour to reinforce your decision to visit. My own experiences traveling through Europe revealed how valuable connecting with locals can be for understanding culture and history an enriching way to truly enjoy a trip. Inspired by these experiences, I chose to become a guide to share Japan’s allure from a local’s viewpoint. Together with our hospitable guides at Reelu Japan Guide, we are excited to showcase the best of our beloved country!

An Invitation from Kaori Ishimaru of Reelu

At Reelu, our mission has been to provide tours for inbound tourists. However, we feel a strong desire to share Japan's culture and history beyond just tourists. Hence, we initiated this free tour program for international students and other newcomers to Japan. Our passionate guides are eager to connect with you and share the magic of this wonderful country.
