Biography of Tomohiro Ishii
Before joining Mobilus in 2014, Tomohiro Ishii worked for
Sony Corporation for 11 years, focusing on sales and marketing in Latin America. He was involved in establishing call centers that managed escalation calls from five different countries. He later oversaw the implementation and operations of call center systems at a domestic investment fund. As the CEO of Mobilus, he leads initiatives aimed at enhancing CX through technology. Notably, he has launched the
CX-Branding Tech. Lab, focused on solving CX challenges and promoting transformation through seminars and discussions.
