Takahiro Tsuchiya will share his firsthand experiences of transforming Karuizawa Shoji after taking over the family business in 2016. Tsuchiya encountered various challenges associated with succession but leveraged his resilience to enhance the company’s management. During the seminar, he will discuss the journey of confronting past management traditions while successfully leading the company to increase its rental share in Karuizawa to over 50%, achieving a fivefold sales growth.

Also participating will be Jiro Kadota, the CEO of Understand Co., Ltd., who has extensive experience in developing growth strategies for numerous businesses. Kadota's background includes significant roles at Mori Building Co., Ltd. and Abeam Consulting, contributing to strategic management across diverse sectors. He aims to share crucial insights on maintaining a balance between tradition and innovation in business.
