NEXCO East Japan, based in Minato-ku, Tokyo, has announced an exciting collaboration with the popular YouTuber and full-time truck driver of the 'Oji Tora Channel.' This partnership aims to offer a unique menu specifically designed to support the well-being of truck drivers, which will be available starting March 19.

The idea behind this initiative stems from a desire to provide delicious and nourishing meals to truck drivers who often experience fatigue from long hours on the road. Under the supervision of the Oji Tora Channel, a menu has been developed that emphasizes gentle and comforting dishes tailored to the needs of truck drivers. Feature Dish: Abundant Cabbage Salt Ramen

One of the standout items on this menu is the 'Abundant Cabbage Salt Ramen,' which utilizes cabbage from the renowned cabbage-producing region of Tsumagoi Village in Gunma Prefecture. Oji Tora Channel is officially recognized as the cabbage ambassador of Tsumagoi Village, and they have always aimed to spread the word about the deliciousness of this local produce.

Focusing on providing a wholesome meal for tired drivers, the 'Abundant Cabbage Salt Ramen' features a generous 200 grams of cabbage, offering enough vegetables for a whole day in just one meal. This hearty dish is priced at 1,280 yen (including tax) and changes its cabbage source depending on the season.

The Oji Tora Channel will unveil the fascinating process behind the creation of this special menu. Given that the channel’s host is also a long-haul truck driver, the development was driven by a genuine understanding of what a driver might appreciate in terms of nourishing food. • - Kita-Kanto Expressway: Ota Kyodo PA (aggregate)
• - Higashi-Kanto Expressway: Baycank Makuhari PA (up direction)
• - Chiba Tōgane Road: Noro PA (both directions)
• - Daisan Keihin Road: Tsuzuki PA (up direction)
• - Kenō Road: Sayama PA (outer)

This totals 16 locations across various expressways.
