Conprofe Unveils Groundbreaking Dual Ultrasonic-Green Machining Solution at CIMT 2025 Beijing

Conprofe's Innovative Launch at CIMT 2025

At the CIMT 2025, the world's largest machine tool exhibition held in Beijing, Conprofe captivated visitors with its state-of-the-art CNC Ultrasonic-Green machining solutions. The company showcased an extensive array of 12 models designed to address the evolving demands of high-end manufacturing. As a prominent player in the industry, Conprofe's commitment to innovation was evident in their impressive 800-square-meter exhibit space (Stand W2-B001).

Conprofe has established itself as a leader in the field of eco-friendly ultrasonic CNC machining tools, amassing over 500,000 ultrasonic systems sold globally. These innovative technologies cater to complex materials that are often challenging to cut, including fragile composites and difficult metals. The highlight of their presentation was the launch of the groundbreaking MBR6030-5AXIS, a 5-axis ultrasonic gantry machining center. According to the company's R&D director, this new machine aims to alleviate the bottleneck issues associated with machining various composites in the aerospace sector.

Equipped with a dual ultrasonic machining system and a dual eco-friendly cooling setup, the MBR6030-5AXIS facilitates automatic tool changes using a single spindle — a significant advantage over traditional systems that require multiple milling heads or spindles. This innovation not only streamlines processes but also reduces costs while enhancing efficiency and productivity, catering directly to industry needs.

Additionally, the machine features advanced options for cryogenic cooling and air blowing using supercritical CO2, further boosting sustainable productivity in various applications. Alongside it, another part of their display included the UEM-600 ultrasonic engraving and milling center, which boasts a spindle speed of 50,000 RPM. This unit is particularly adept at machining hard and fragile semiconductor materials, such as quartz glass, silicon carbide, and silicon nitride.

The UEM-600's ability to create ultra-deep micro-holes with a diameter of 0.45 mm and a depth-to-diameter ratio of 551 sets it apart from conventional EDM, laser, and CNC processes. The efficiency and quality it delivers have generated significant interest among semiconductor clients worldwide.

Conprofe's eco-friendly ultrasonic CNC machining solutions represent a generational leap in the field, boasting patented ultrasonic spindles and an intelligent CNC system with adaptive closed-loop amplitude control. These features ensure outstanding stability and precision, making them a viable option for machining difficult materials.

During CIMT 2025, Conprofe also secured strategic cooperation agreements and sales contracts with regional agents from Taiwan and Malaysia, while fostering partnerships with agents across France, Italy, Turkey, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore. This marks a significant milestone in Conprofe's pursuit of global expansion, cementing its status as a pioneering force in the CNC machining industry.

Their commitment to developing innovative and green technology continues to set new standards, establishing Conprofe as a frontrunner in sustainable machining solutions.
