In a groundbreaking initiative, Future Link Network (FLN) has teamed up with uyet, a comprehensive IP content company, to launch a city promotion project utilizing VTubers in Koda City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Starting from August 4, 2026, this collaboration aims to connect local businesses with the vibrant VTuber community to drive tourism and enhance local engagement.

Background of the Project

FLN, headquartered in Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture, is committed to fostering relations between communities and visitors. With a history of sending local revitalization entrepreneurs to Koda City since 2024, FLN has developed strong local networks and a variety of experiential programs. Building on past successes, the project will include collaborations with local businesses to create unique VTuber products and increase community engagement through new programs including agricultural experiences.
