Celebrating Godzilla's 70th with Eric Haze Art Exhibition
This year marks the monumental anniversary of the iconic monster, Godzilla. To honor this legendary creature, the HAZE brand by renowned New York artist Eric Haze is launching a special line of collaboration merchandise at the upcoming exhibition, "Godzilla: THE ART," held at the Kobe YU-KARI Art Museum. The exhibition will run from
July 5 to September 6, 2026, and it's a must-visit for fans of both Godzilla and contemporary art.
Background of the Exhibition
This is not the first time HAZE has been involved in a Godzilla project; last April saw the release of the initial collaboration goods at the Mori Arts Center Gallery in Roppongi Hills, which received an overwhelmingly positive response. The first merchandise completely sold out right after its launch, and it showcased the deep admiration that fans have for the intersection of art and pop culture represented by Eric Haze and Godzilla.
New Collection Highlights
For this second phase, attendees can look forward to an expanded range of merchandise that includes:
- - HAZE | GODZILLA 1975 S/S Tee - Priced at ¥7,700 (tax included), available in black and white, in sizes S to XL.
- - HAZE | GODZILLA CROWN S/S Tee - Also priced at ¥7,700, in two colors and sizes.
