Celebrating Tomorrow's Supply Chain Leaders

The Institute for Supply Management® (ISM®) recently unveiled the recipients of its prestigious 2025 ISM® 30 Under 30 Rising Supply Chain Stars Recognition Program. This annual initiative, now in its 12th year, aims to laud 30 exceptional young professionals under the age of 30 who are making substantial contributions across various roles within supply chain, procurement, and operations globally.

In a competitive selection process, these winners were chosen for their outstanding leadership capabilities, innovative approaches, and strong collaborative skills. The program emphasizes advancing the supply management profession and highlights individuals who exemplify dedication towards their respective fields.

Debbie Fogel-Monnissen, the interim CEO of ISM, stated, “These remarkable rising leaders embody the robustness and promise of the supply management domain. Their enthusiasm, diligence, and commitment to ongoing enhancement equip organizations to manage complexities and develop resilient, future-ready supply chains.”

This year, the program saw a remarkable number of entries, with hundreds of nominations coming from various industries and regions. Candidates included young professionals from diverse fields such as manufacturing, pharmaceutical, aerospace, defense, oil and gas, and business services. A noteworthy detail is that 57% of this year’s honorees are women, and the average age of the winners is 27.
