Andrew's career began with service as a U.S. Air Force officer within space operations and acquisition, laying a solid groundwork for his subsequent ventures into technology leadership. He holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia.
